Prior to practicing law, Cary was a principal real estate broker, an insurance broker and agent, a series 7 securities representative and served on the boards of two Arkansas state chartered banks. Therefore, Cary’s primary practice focus has been related to similar areas of commercial, banking and real estate law.

Professional Background
Prior to joining the firm, Cary was an owner and a principal Real Estate broker, with a CRS designation, for Young Real Estate, Inc., and an insurance agent and securities representative for Young Insurance & Investment Corp., both of Malvern, Arkansas. Cary is currently a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, the Jefferson County and Garland County Bar Associations, and the Real Estate and Agriculture Sections of the Arkansas Bar Association.
Civic
Cary is past President of the Malvern Chamber of Commerce, past member of the Board of Directors of the White Hall Chamber of Commerce, past President of the Rotary Clubs of Malvern and Pine Bluff, sustaining member of the Arkansas Bar Association, and a Fellow of the Arkansas Bar Association Foundation.
