Robinson, et al – Represented Terra International, Inc. in this promissory note litigation before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas. Summary judgment was obtained against all defendants in the sum of $375,929.75, plus interest, attorneys’ fees and costs. The Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed the judgment of the U.S. District Court on appeal.

Hamco Realty, LLC, et al – Represented Pine Bluff National Bank in this judicial foreclosure litigation before the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Arkansas, regarding certain real estate in the Hickory Hills area of western Little Rock. Consent judgment was obtained both in rem and in personam in the sum of $2,113,969.02, plus interest, attorneys’ fees and costs.
